Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, with access to the town and a picturesque lake. The room was basic and reasonably priced but quite small with limited luggage space. The service was friendly though communication could be better. The dining options were plain and could use improvement. The location was ideal for exploring the town, with easy access to amenities despite minimal natural light in some areas.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a good kitchen, but some areas show signs of wear and water damage. Despite only one bathroom for four adults and an additional charge for parking after the $1000 payment for two nights, I would still consider staying again.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, with easy access to town, but check-in was delayed and noisy nights were a downside. The rooms were spacious and large, but some had issues like faulty power outlets and heaters not working. Service was excellent, with super friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was ordinary for the price, and some discrepancies in menu pricing were noted.
The hotel had awesome views, but our room wasn't serviced until late in the afternoon, despite our request for a morning service. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, though.
The hotel is in a good location, close to Queenstown central and the Gondola. The rooms were clean with a partial view, but there were issues with service and room maintenance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dining experience was decent. Overall, a decent stay.
